Contributions Form
The contributions are accepted in the form of extended abstracts 1 to 2 pages long in PDF format. All submissions must adhere to the existing template (Czech version) for Word (Czech version) or LaTeX (Czech version). Permitted languages of contribution are English, Czech, and Slovak. For doctoral study, only English is permitted.
Contribution Presentation
Presentation of contributions takes place on the day of the conference according to the published program. The conference has been opened on 2024/5/23 at 8:00 in US217.
Contributions in the doctoral section will be presented in a poster session. Authors of contributions will hold short (ca. 1 minute) presentation of their work after the conference begins and it is expected that they will be available near their posters during a specified time period in order to present their work and discuss. Posters up to A0 (portrait) format are allowed. No specific template is required. The posters will not be part of any proceedings. The permitted language is English only. Posters will be printed at the expense of the conference. The PDF of the poster must be specified in the submission form. The maximum permitted coverage of the poster surface with color is 50%, we reserve the right to request a change of the poster in case of inappropriate coverage.
Contributions in the bachelor and master sections will be presented by standard presentations. The presentations should contain an adequate number of slides (6 - 12 slides in PDF or PPT(X) formats); see sample presentation [PDF], [PPT]. Permitted languages of the presentation are Czech, Slovak, and English.
The presentation itself must be no longer than 12 minutes. Then, there are 3 to 5 minutes for questions. The entire time for the presentation of one contribution must be no longer than 15 minutes. If there are mutliple authors of the contribution, arbitrary number of authors can perform the presentation.

If there are multiple authors, the form must be filled only by one (corresponding) author. In the text of the extended abstract, all authors should be listed. Each conference participant can be the corresponding author of no more than one contribution.
